As a queer, neurodivergent therapist trained in EMDR and Level 2 IFS, I help individuals and couples build compassion for the parts of themselves shaped by trauma, rejection, and masking. Our work focuses on restoring self-trust and creating relationships rooted in authenticity and care.
I work with queer, neurodivergent adults and trauma survivors who feel stuck in painful emotional patterns, despite how hard they try to connect and heal. If you’ve struggled to feel truly seen in your relationships - within your family, with your partner, or even with yourself - you’re not alone.
Healing is possible, and so is love that doesn’t require you to abandon who you are. I offer virtual therapy in Illinois, Massachusetts, Missouri, Oregon, Pennsylvania, and Washington. I’d be honored to support your journey.
